Our shampoo blend was developed over two years with a canine dermatologist. The oatmeal is colloidal — ground fine enough to penetrate the skin barrier. The lavender is steam-distilled, not synthetic. You can smell the difference. So can your dog.
The Warm Welcome
Your golden arrives to a calm, scent-neutral space. No cages in sight. We greet them by name at the door and let them sniff the room before anything else.
Oatmeal & Chamomile Soak
A 15-minute warm bath in our house-blend shampoo — colloidal oatmeal for skin, chamomile extract for coat shine, lavender to keep them drowsy and relaxed. The water temp is checked by hand, every time.
The Velocity Dry
We dry from root to tip with a low-heat velocity dryer, lifting each layer of the double coat. This is where the transformation happens — watching individual strands separate into something luminous.
Hand-Scissored Finish
No blade guards on the feathering, ever. We scissor by hand around ears, paws, and tail — the velvet parts that make a golden look like a golden.
